Okay, people are really freaking me out now.

My Egyptian friend told me about his plans to finish school, buy a car, and then get an appartment a year before marriage (my eyebrows shot up. He's my age! And he's in university) asked me what I thought of his drawings and I said I thought they were good, and he put out an emoticon I couldn't see and I didn't know what to respond so I just said, 'ha' because I thought he probably was saying 'thanks'. I think he doesn't know what to reply to me either. His English isn't very good and even for a fluent English-speaker, what can you say to someone who just says 'Ha'? Way to go, me.

And now a person I haven't seen - let alone talk to - in two years is talking to me! This is really weird because he and I used to not-be-nice to each other. He actually sounds decent and polite. I was quite stunned but I was polite back. God knows, he was a pretty dirty-minded, rude guy before he got kicked out of school. Maybe they packed him off to military school... No, no, he's taking O's this year.

I keep playing Flo Rida ft Timbaland's Elevator. Damn! It is catchy as hell. Timbaland in general is a kick-ass producer and his music is probably the only hip-hop - besides maybe Rihanna - music I like. But, major BUT, he shouldn't have brokered any deals with Madonna. Madonna is Madonna. Not Madonna-plus-Justin-T, not Madonna-and-Timbaland. Certainly not Madonna-feat-Britney.
